Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a prime location, right in the heart of town with easy access to all major attractions and dining options. The rooms are spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it tempting to stay indoors. While the back-facing rooms offer tranquility, the front ones face a busy lane with accompanying noise. The service is exceptional, with a friendly and efficient staff who address any concerns promptly. The central location allows for convenient exploration without needing a car, and the hotel even offers free collection for activities. The dining experience, particularly at The Grille, is delightful despite occasional busyness. Overall, a great value for a luxurious stay in Queenstown.
Staying at The Spire was a wonderful experience. The rooms had all the amenities we needed, including a fireplace that made our stay extra special. However, being above an alleyway connected to a popular and loud bar could sometimes be a bit noisy.
Staying at the hotel felt like having a cozy apartment with a view. The room cleverly set up so one could sit in the bathtub and look out into the room, through to the balcony and beyond to the mountains, was a unique experience. However, the proximity to a strip club made it very loud at night with loud music coming from the bar, affecting the overall tranquility.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with outstanding, comfortable, and quiet rooms that were close to the waterfront, restaurants, shops, and bars. The room itself was gorgeous and comfortable, with plenty of drinks and snacks available. However, it was a bit noisy at night.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were luxuriously large with extremely comfortable furnishings and exceptionally clean. Having a fireplace in the room made the stay even more special. However, the temperature was so warm that we had to open the windows/doors since the air conditioning couldn't cool it down enough.
